Doug Trokie has been representing individuals and companies of all sizes for over 20 years in a broad range of commercial, corporate, real estate and litigation matters, both in the New York area and worldwide. Doug has substantial experience in forming and advising business entities, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and has advised and represented cooperative and condo apartment boards in connection with both corporate and litigation matters. Doug additionally serves as corporate counsel for many of his clients in regard to general corporate/commercial and leasing matters.

  • Represented a major international paper conglomerate in the consolidation of their U.S. shipping operations

  • Successfully litigated rate reduction issues against a major commercial railroad

  • Successfully represented shareholders in a corporate dissolution proceeding involving the negotiation and sale of commercial real estate
